職務内容
Job description
To ensure the Data Architecture (Enterprise Data modeling, Master/Reference Data Management, Big Data Platform and Analytics, BI/Data Visualization, all based on Cloud etc.) aspect of IT strategy being aligned with the Company business strategy and, thereby, realize the maximum business return on IT investment and reduce the Total Cost of Ownership of IT systems by achieving the followings:
・ Provide an assistance to Chief Architect regarding data architectural decisions
・ Define, maintain, and improve the Target Data Architecture and Blueprints that support the long-term business strategy
・ Support Group transversal IT programs
・ Promote the maximum convergence of IT implementation toward the Target Architecture and Blueprints through architecture governance processes
・ Contribute to data solutions of each tribe

The scope of the position is for the three AXA entities in Japan (AXA Life, AXA Direct, AXA Direct Life).

To define appropriate and optimum data solutions based on the business needs defined by the product owner(s) through the user stories; Closely work with Tribe Architects to ensure the solutions are aligned with IT strategy and roadmap. Also ensure to reuse the available IT assets to speed up IT capabilities to deliver value to business faster while reducing waste and duplication. Work with Tribe Architects to identify key business capability gaps, to ensure the strategic and business planning processes address capability gaps within the tribe and to provide hands-on technical solutions to developers within the squads. 
求めるスキル・経験
Job qualification
TOGAF Certification or over 12 year-experience with data
- Knowledgeable on Data Management and data lifecycle management methodology
- Insurance data modeling
- Technology data building blocks like Big Data, ETL, API, Data pipelines, Meta data, Data masking/encryption, etc.
- Familiar with GDPR and PIP regulations
- Knowledge and Expertise on Cloud Technologies (e.g. AWS, Azure)
Design front-to-end architecture solutions using leading edge technology to reform and advance AXA Japan’s local target IT architecture
Propose and deliver most suitable architectural solution to IT that contribute to generate extra output and results and support the company and AXA Group strategic goals
Insurance value chain and knowledge on technology. Architecture design, principles, and artifact & deliverables
Listens to customer needs, seeks their feedback and acts to be available, attentive, and reliable. (Focus on customer)
Provides clear and specific performance objectives, standards and accountability to team members. (Team Leadership)
