Tribe Architect Manager (L1)
To maximize the value from the AXA Japan information technology, and simplify IT Landscape by applying IT architecture disciplines
・to effectively align the business transformation across tribe(s) with business, IT strategy and the Group Platform strategy;
・To identify key business capability gaps, reduce transformation waste and duplication
・To ensure the strategic and business planning processes address capability gaps within the tribe
・To provide hands-on architecture and solution guidance to squad architect ( =solution architects) embedded in the tribe(s) to target IT architecture roadmap and standards.
The person is an architecture transversal & leadership team member.
The accountabilities are three folds:
1. Contribute, Drive, and Execute IT strategy and roadmap
2. Deliver organizational excellence by building strong community where team work, innovation, and collaboration flourish
3. Grow team talents and build a sustainable model for future growth.
This role works closely with IT tribes and platform teams to ensure the collaboration to execute the project plan and deliver value to business.
The person ensures also the definition, ratification, support, implementation of best practice standards and is also responsible for solution architecture team management.
Certification in an architecture framework (Certified TOGAF 9 & Certified System Architect) with 12 plus years of qualification experience
Design front-to-end architecture solutions using leading edge technology to reform and advance AXA Japan’s local target IT architecture
Propose and deliver most suitable architectural solution to IT that contribute to generate extra output and results and support the company and AXA Group strategic goals
Insurance value chain and knowledge on technology. Architecture design, principles, and artifact & deliverables
