Lead Platform Specialist - Workplace (P3)

Job description
ワークプレース・エンジニアとして、1万名を超えるユーザーが使うワークプレース環境のデザイン、展開、オペレーション、VIPサポートをリードいただきます。
ワークプレースはアクサ生命のデジタルトランスフォーメーションの中で重要な役割を担います。

【Key Accountabilities】
1.最終エスカレーションポイントとしての責任を持ち、並びにAXAのテクノロジー選定をするオーナーとしての深い知識と洞察が求められます
2.ワークプレース分野でのテクニカル要件の調査、検証、選定、問題解決をリード
3.戦略に応じたソリューションを提供し、本番リリース後のオペレーションもデザイン
4.グローバルのワークプレースチームの一員として、日本のビジネスに対応するプロダクトやサービス運用、ロードマップの策定を実施

【Specific Activities】
1.グローバルのプロダクトチームと共にソリューション、インフラストラクチャの標準化、更新を実施
2.新技術、ソリューションをAXAのスタンダードやユーザー要望に基づき調査、評価し、選定を行う
3.社内のエグゼクティブやグローバルからのビジターへのサポートを実施する
4.ソリューション導入後の定常業務でのオペレーションモデル作成、ナレッジのハンドオーバーを実施する
5.Tier 3エンジニアとして、インシデント対応を実施し、解決に導く。また、是正措置・予防措置・セキュリティ対応を実施しビジネス停止リスクを最小化する
6.プロジェクトに参画し、テクニカルリードとしてオーナーシップを持ち最適なソリューションを提示、進捗を管理する
7.透明性をもってチーム内、グローバル、ステークホルダーにコミュニケーションを行う

Workplace Engineers are deep technical Specialists supporting our Enterprise to deliver unique value by Providing Best in Class Service by leading the design, deployment, operations and VIP support of workplace environments used by over 10,000 users.
As a Modern Workplace Engineer in Infrastructure,

・ Participate in the design, planning and implementation of New Workplace solution (Microsoft / VMware / Citrix etc) in AXA JAPAN
・ Work with Microsoft 365 services such as Teams, Exchange, Intune, Power Platform and solutions related to workplace
・ Be part of a team with high competence and where personal development and quality in what we do are key words
・ Implement and Manage Enterprise Point Security Solutions.
・ Leading the Transformation of IAM Solution in AXA with Latest Best in Class solutions like Ping, OKTA etc.
・ Promote system automation and improves manual operation
・ Plan and perform system upgrade according system life cycle
・ Prioritizes work appropriately, carrying out assignments with the appropriate level of direction and completes tasks within deadlines with little supervision
・ Monitors work progress, informing team leaders, managers, and/or customers of project statuses, issues, or obstacles in a timely manner
・ Investigate, evaluate, and select new technologies and solutions based on AXA standards and user requests.
・ As a Tier 3 engineer, handle incidents and lead to resolution. In addition, take corrective and preventive measures and security measures to minimize the risk of business outages.
・ Team player-oriented to pursue skill levels and knowledge sharing opportunities within the team, and to plan and execute skill transfers within the team.
・ Manage AD, DNS, DHCP Infrastructure.
・ Work Closely with Network/Cloud teams so understanding of enterprise Network Architecture and components which includes VPN, Proxy, Wifi, NPS is a must.
・ Follow the Incident and Change Management System.
・ Assist the disaster and recovery team as needed.
・ Function tests new solutions and tool releases and fixes, including compatibility testing and documentation of steps and issues.
・ Performs advanced tests and documents best practices, including plans upgrade and path deployments
・ Partners with application development, operations and customers to identify needs, opportunities and solutions, for example using advanced features
・ Acts as a point of contact for global teams to ensure local and global best practice align.
・ Partners with application development and security teams to modernize policies, rules and processes
・ Plans and executes broad resolutions to recurring problems and regulatory changes. Troubleshoots issues after escalation on within technical area of responsibilities
・ Business or higher English and Japanese proficiency (Estimated: TOEIC 860 or higher, JPLT 2nd grade or higher). English ability to attend discussions with global Architects without an interpreter and actively exchange opinions."

▼実務経験:
- Tier3レベルエンジニアとして実務経験5年以上(Tier 3レベル=Final Escalation Point)
- 中規模プロジェクト(予算5,000万円以上)で、エンタープライズ環境の新ソリューション・システムへの移行を、計画の立案、デザイン、構築、リリース、オペレーションへの移行まで、すべてエンジニアとして経験していること

▼言語スキル:
・日本語:ネイティブ、もしくは中級〜上級(JPLT N3以上)
・英語:ネイティブ、ビジネス以上(目安:TOEIC 860点以上)。グローバルチームとの会議に通訳なしで出席し、積極的に意見交換を行う英語力

▼ベンダー資格

"AXA is currently seeking a Lead Platform Specialist Engineer to provide Workplace Engineering Support for our 3 Group entities.
This position is in the Technical Support AXA JAPAN, Workplace, collaborative team working on highly challenging technical issues covering a broad range of technologies and working closely with the Global Product owners and Architects.

Qualification & Experience
Must have bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent degree and experience)
5+ years providing customer facing technical support
4+ years of Experience in Microsoft O365 and other on-Premise technologies e.g. O365, Azure, Active Directory etc.
3+ years of Experience in Virtual Workplace e.g. Citrix.
Japanese/English skill to be able to use in IT business, reading, writing and conversation
Certifications on Microsoft (Windows, Active Directory, SCCM, Office 365 or Azure) or equivalent
ITIL v3 Preferred
Candidates with lesser experience will be considered for appropriate roles.

In order to be successful in this role, we need someone who has knowledge and Hands on Experience on below:
LDAP/Active Directory, SSO or other authentication or user management systems (e.g. Azure AD, Okta. SAML, SiteMinder)
Email Infrastructure (e.g. Exchange, Office 365, Gateway)
Network infrastructure
Experience in scripting languages (e.g. Powershell, VB ).
Experience using Microsoft Server.
Proven ability to maintain a professional demeanor when handling complex customer & internal issues
An understanding of ITSM, ITIL, or CMDB
Experience working with cloud-based vendors like Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform, Okta.
Advanced network troubleshooting including reading packet captures
Experience troubleshooting and optimizing web application performance using new Browsers.
Engineer who will lead the Design, Deployment, Operations, Identity Management and New Solutions in our Organization of over 10,000 users.
Experience on End Point security Solutions like Symantec, McAfee and EDR solutions.
Professional experience in software support, secure infrastructure, IT consulting, or related.
Effective in planning, deploying, operating, and optimizing Modern Workplace solutions.
Experience on M&A will be an added advantage.
