職務内容
Job description
Open Operations provides the following application services for the applications on open and cloud environment. Required to have the related technical knowledge for the service management:

1. Batch Job Net Design & Scheduling
2. Application / Batch Job Monitoring
3. Incident Support
4. ITPS (Cataloged Service)
5. Data Patch & Extraction
6. Application Q&A
7. Operation Governance Standard
8. Operation Process (Incl. Escalation / Resilience Process)
9. Operation Automation

Job qualification
Skill and Knowledge

1. English and Japanese language ability in business level
2. Web + Java application Knowledge (WebSphere and Jboss)
3. Database Knowledge (Oracle, MSSQL, and MySQL)
4. OS Knowledge (Linux and Windows)
5. Cloud environment (AWS, salesforce) Knowledge
6. Basic IT Operation / Service Knowledge / ITIL
7. Agile Development Methodology Knowledge
8. CI/CD Automation tools Knowledge (GIT, Github, Jenkins, Puppet, etc.)
9. Basic scripting skills (bash, python, PowerShell, etc.)
10. Tools (Control-M, ServiceNow, Dynatrace, and Splunk)

In addition, the following technical skills are nice to have for the position:
11. Kubernetes, Docker, Prometheus, Red Hat OpenShift
