＜登録フォームにご登録いただく個人情報の取扱いに関する規約＞ ＜Rule Concerning Handling of Individual Information in Registration Form＞ 1.採用活動における個人情報の利用目的 Purpose of use of personal information in recruitment activities 当社は、採用候補者ご本人を特定可能な、氏名・生年月日・住所・電話番号等の個人情報（以下「採用活動における個人情報」）を当社の採用活動および採用後の適切な雇用管理ならびに採用にかかる統計的調査および分析の目的に限定して利用します。 AXA Life Insurance Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") uses personal information, by which candidates can be identified (including their names, birthdays, postal addresses and telephone numbers; hereinafter referred to as "Candidate Personal Information") for the purpose of recruiting, labor management after the candidates join the company, and also for information to be used in statistical surveys and analysis in relation to our recruitment activities. 2.採用活動における個人情報の収集について Collection of the Candidate Personal Information 当社は、採用活動における個人情報を、当社での就労に関心を寄せられた応募者から送付・送信いただく方法、名簿業者やリクルート情報提供業者などから適法に取得する方法その他の適正な方法により収集いたします。 The Company collects the Candidate Personal Information by adequate methods, such as direct provision by candidates who are interested in employment by the company, acquisition of such information from recruiting information providers in legally right manners, and other methods. 3.採用活動における個人情報の取扱いについて Handling of the Candidate Personal Information 当社は、採用活動における個人情報を当社の責任のもとで適切に管理し、以下の場合を除き、第三者に開示いたしません。 The company properly manages the Candidate Personal Information under responsibility of the Company, and does not provide it to a third party except for the following cases. 　・各種法令に基づく場合のほか、個人情報保護法により採用候補者本人の同意を得ないで個人情報を第三者に提供することが認められている場合。 Cases where provision of personal information is required under related laws and regulations, or, when it is legally allowed to provide personal information without consent from candidates under the Personal Information Protection Act. 　・業務の一部について、利用目的の達成に必要な範囲内で委託を行う場合。ただし、この場合、委託先にて個人情報の安全管理措置が図られるよう、当社は必要かつ適切な監督を実施いたします。 Cases where the Company outsources part of our activities to a vendor in order to achieve the purpose described in the 1st section.
